Ferguson and Berbatov scoop January awards

Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson and striker Dimitar Berbatov have been named Barclays manager and player of the month for January.

United won four and drew one of their five matches in January to extend their unbeaten 2010/2011 campaign.

It is the 25th time Ferguson has picked up the award and the second for Berbatov, who scored five goals in the month to take his tally for the season to 19.

Manchester United are set to offer Patrice Evra a new contract to stay at Old Trafford for life in a bid to fend off interest from Real Madrid and Inter Milan.

Evra has 18 months left on his current £70,000-a-week deal but United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has urged the club to act as Real and Inter are both interested in signing the talented France full-back.

The deal would keep the29-year-old at Old Trafford until at least 2014 and talks have already taken place between Evra and United, according to The Sun.

Do you think patrice evra should being sold or not :
  • Evra are 29 years old, Man Utd can get 10-15 Million if they sold to Madrid
  • There is not player at Man Utd  are good enough to play evra position.
  • Evra can be good examples to united growing kid. but At 29 evra stamina not as good as 4 years before.
