David De Gea

De Gea’s quick rise doesn’t come as a surprise to the coaches that have worked with the young goalkeeper. De Gea has represented Spanish youth teams at every level and won the European Tournament for the U17s in 2007. After his debut season De Gea was named in Vicente del Bosque’s provisional World Cup squad for South Africa, but wasn’t picked in the final selection.

This Belgian midfielder is looked upon by scouting experts as one of the most talented youngsters, and he is rightly compared to Cristiano Ronaldo and Messi. He is being tracked by many top level clubs with the likes of Real Madrid, Barca, Man Utd, Arsenal and Liverpool. He is only 19 and is already a regular starter for Lille and his national team. He is known for his trickery and pace

The second thing to know about Romelu Lukaku is that he is a boy. He is sixth months past his 16th birthday, he is still at school and his hero is Didier Drogba.

The third thing to know about this boy-man of Belgian Congolese descent is that he is fast — very fast — and he scores goals, eight in 14 appearances for Anderlecht
